Victory at the Universal Marksman 2025 Competition
30 November 2025
On 29 November, the final match of the Golden Series “Universal Marksman” Long Range, organized by the Long-Range Shooting Federation, brought the season to a close and determined the leaders of both the series and the annual Universal Marksman Cup.
In the Semi-Automatic Rifle division, Evgeniy Atamanov delivered the top performance, taking first place, followed by Aleksey Odintsov in second. Both shooters competed with ZOV rifles in 6.5 Creedmoor.
For the overall Golden Series, Aleksey Odintsov secured the top position in the Semi-Automatic Rifle category — and repeated that success by winning the annual cup in the same division.
In the Bolt-Action Rifle category, Andrey Khokhlushin emerged as the winner, employing SVL-3 Retribution in .300 NM loaded with a Hornady ELD-M 225 gr bullet and paired with a Zero Compromise 8–40 optic.
Congratulations to all champions, and best of luck in future competitions!
